Sir Vape (pty) LTD is a business in the Electronic cigarette industry that imports and manufactures Electronic cigarette products and accessories for reselling.

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours during week days being Monday to Friday and delivery/tracking number will confirmed by way of email.

Export restriction 
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only, unless authorized by management.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS PROCEDURE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Ultimately, our goal is your satisfaction with your purchase, and we are committed to providing assistance for any concerns you may encounter. However, it is important to note that we operate within the constraints of the manufacturer's warranty. If you require guidance on product usage, encounter any issues, or simply need advice, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at help@sirvape.co.za. We will make every effort to assist you to the best of our ability. 

 

WHAT TO DO WHEN I GET MY ORDER

Upon receiving the goods, the purchaser is responsible for inspecting them, making sure the item is the correct model, colour etc and must promptly notify SIR VAPE within 24 hours if any items are damaged or missing. We strongly advise against opening any goods without first verifying their correctness first as once opened it is deemed as the correct purchase.

 Failure to notify us within the specified time frame will be considered as acceptance of the goods. If the purchaser wishes to return any goods for any reason, they may do so within 7 days of receiving them, provided that the goods are sealed, batch code number matches, remain unused and in their original condition.

  

DISPOSABLE VAPES / PREFILLED CARTRIDGES

Please note that disposable vapes / prefilled cartridges do not come with any warranty. We strongly encourage you to check the functionality of your disposable vape on the day of purchase or to try in-store and promptly inform us if you encounter any problems. We offer a 24-hour window for the exchange of dead-on arrival disposables from date of purchase which will need to be shipped back to our store by you the customer to evaluate if the product has been used. Please note we cannot guarantee the puff count as everyone uses these devices differently and the puff count will not be the same for each person.

Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for disposable vapes.

 

 E-LIQUIDS / CONCENTRATES / ONE SHOTS / NICOTINE / BASES

At SIR VAPE, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on e-liquid or any of the above if it does not meet your personal flavour expectations. We kindly ask for your understanding as taste is a highly subjective sense that can vary greatly from person to person. Please note that any e-liquid that has been opened or used cannot be returned.

  

RTA’S / SUBOHM TANKS / RDA’S / RDTA’S

Unless there are clearly identifiable manufacturing defects confirmed by our staff through assessment and testing, no warranties will be offered for RTAs (Rebuildable Tank Atomizers), sub-ohm tanks, and RDAs (Rebuildable Dripping Atomizers). If you notice any faults, we strongly recommend contacting us within 48 hours of receiving your order, before using the tank, and refraining from attempting any repairs that may potentially cause further damage. It is possible that the issue can be resolved easily, and we are available to provide guidance to the best of our ability.

  

MODS / HARDWARE

1)For mods that utilize external batteries, we strongly recommend maintaining a balanced power output and preventing potential issues by consistently using the same set of batteries in your device, especially if it requires two batteries. Furthermore, we advise using a reputable external charger from a well-known brand to charge your batteries instead of relying on the USB port. It is important to note that USB ports are not covered under warranty, and employing an external battery charger usually ensures a more efficient charging experience.

 2) When it comes to devices with built-in batteries, we recommend using the cable provided with the device or a slow charge branded cable for charging purposes. It is important to avoid charging in your car and, if you anticipate power outages (load shedding), consider using an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to prevent any potential surge-related issues. Additionally, we advise removing the tank or pod from the device while charging.

3) If an item is found defective and it is still within the manufacturer warranty period, the item will be replaced or repaired according to manufacturer’s guidelines by one of our technicians. Manufacturers warranty can vary depending on the brand but are generally 3 months from date of purchase. Proof will be supplied of warranty according to brand. However, please note that the warranty will be void if the device exhibits any physical damage or modification, such as scratches, chips, e-liquid damage, dents, a broken or damaged USB port, or a button that is pushed in or damaged due to improper use by the consumer.

4)A valid proof of purchase is required when submitting a claim under the guaranteed terms. Please ensure you keep your receipt in a secure place, as we cannot determine the guarantee period without valid proof of purchase.

 5)Please allow 2 weeks for us to access and repair the device if a warranty is granted under the above conditions. If the device is not repairable it will be replaced, or a credit voucher will be issued to the buyer.

  

BATTERIES

Batteries are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective upon initial purchase. It is crucial to verify the functionality of your batteries on the day of purchase. We strongly recommend using an external charger or a USB wall charger to charge batteries, whether they are internal or external. Charging batteries through a laptop or car charger may result in a shorter lifespan or complete failure in some instances.

  

RETURNS POLICY: 

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, and the batch code must match the batch of the shipment. 
  • If you made your purchase in-store and have already contacted help@sirvape.co.za, and your warranty is applicable, kindly return the product to the store from which you originally purchased it. 
  • If you made your purchase online, please reach out to help@sirvape.co.za, providing a detailed description of the issues you are experiencing, along with a brief video demonstrating the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone and falls within the warranty period, please arrange for a courier to return the item to our head office. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, but if the item is repaired or replaced under warranty due to a manufacturer fault, we will ship the repaired or replacement item back to you free of charge. However, if the issue is determined to be due to user error, the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Customer Privacy policy
Sir Vape (pty) LTD shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Sir Vape (pty) LTD bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Sir Vape (pty) LTD via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Sir Vape (pty) LTD separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
Sir Vape (pty) LTD takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS 
In the event that a Sir Vape product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Sir Vape reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product. Sir Vape reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sir Vape shall issue a credit to your account for the amount charged. We cannot offer Credit Card refunds at this time

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Sir Vape (pty) LTD chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 

Sir Vape (PTY) LTD may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

USE OF SITE  
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via email, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Sir Vape employee, other licensed employee, host or representative is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise public through the site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or public rights, abusive illegal, or otherwise objectionable with may constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party of which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit other so to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organisation  
  
INDEMNIFICATION 
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sir Vape, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your internet account
