CARING FOR YOUR DEVICE
Caring for Vape Pod/Tank Devices: A Quick Guide
Taking care of your vape pod/tank device properly will ensure it lasts longer, performs better, and provides the best possible flavour. Here are some key maintenance tips:
1. Keep It Clean
- Wipe down your device regularly, especially the connection points where the pod/tank meets the battery.
- Use a cotton swab or dry cloth to clean dust and liquid residue from the pod/tank and battery terminals.
2. Store It Properly
- Keep your vape device away from extreme heat or cold.
- Store it upright to prevent leaks.
- Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or in a car for long periods.
3. Refill Pods/Tanks Correctly
- Don’t overfill your pod/tank—leave a small air gap to prevent leaks.
- Allow the e-liquid to sit for a few minutes after refilling so the coil absorbs it properly.
4. Replace Pods/Tanks and Coils When Needed
- A burnt taste or reduced vapour production means it’s time for a new pod/tank or coil.
- Depending on use, most pods/tanks last about a week or two.
5. Charge Safely
- Use the recommended charger and avoid overcharging.
- Never charge overnight or with a damaged cable.
- Always take the pod/tank off the device when charging.
6. Use the Right E-Liquid
- Stick to the recommended VG/PG ratio for your device to avoid coil clogging.
- Avoid using overly thick e-liquids unless the device is designed for them.
7. Avoid Chain Vaping
- Give your device a few seconds between puffs to prevent overheating and prolong coil life.
